Refund Policy

At SHIELDX Films, your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

1. Service Refunds

If you cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment, no fee applies.
If a service is not performed to standard or as described, we will offer to re-do the work at no extra charge, or provide a partial/full refund based on the situation.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

2. Exceptions

No refunds for work completed to specification or for issues caused by misuse, neglect, or subsequent vehicle damage.
